YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel, located in the heart of Hong Kong, is HKYHA’s first city hostel project – an early public housing estate block revitalised to offer rooms and interior decoration featuring designs of the 1950s……

Mei Ho House is a symbol of Hong Kong’s early public housing blocks.  After revitalisation, the youth hostel will house Mei Ho House of Livelihood, where visitors will learn about the design and living environment of public housing units in the past.  There will also be exhibitions on the history of Sham Shui Po and Shek Kip Mei districts, as well as scheduled guided tours.
